Seems like all the new vehicles are starting to look like this one.

going by this, my next car appears to be an EVO X.

I am really disapointed in Subaru. They have made a lot of great looking cars, but this is just aweful. The back end is like a mini tribeca ( I like the Tribeca a lot but this just wretched).

Well as far as I am concerned it is no change. The WRX was ugly when first came out and is STILL ugly.

I hate to agree but I have to... :(... The new EVO lookz heaps better than that nasty looking thing at the top of the page... :(...

It's not the hatchback design that annoys me... Infact I really like that feature... The rear of the car is alittle "ricy" too... I'd want to get rid of the rear tail lights in favor of some classic red and orange ones.... But the absolute worst part of the WHOLE CAR is that front end... I mean OMG!!! What the hell was Subaru thinking when they made that front grill!?!?!?


In short, I won't be looking at a WRX or a Subaru till they revamp their approach to styling... :rolleyes:

civics always amuse me... it seems to me every civic is goin for one look,,, WRX,,, untill i seen the latest pics'... its more like wrx gone civic...wtf!!! :mad:

Something tells me Subaru just gave Motor Trend an initial mockup because if you notice in the interior there is no disc player and the engine shot is the exact one found in the Legacy GT, down to the intercooler.

I expect that some changes have been made before they re-unvail it at the NY Autoshow. ;)

As for my opinion of the looks, even though the back looks like a shrunken Mazda CX-7 the front looks pretty good and the side has a sort of BMW type of profile with the windows being all Subaru. To me its like a modern interpretation of the Justy.

It looks like a f'd up Chrysler grill. Ugh. Good thing I drive a 4x4 truck now, I can run over that ugly thing if it's in my way.

Looks like a Mazda 3 with the Chrysler minivan grill.

it looks like an aftermarket grille could really fix that nasty-ass front end.......if i liked hatchbacks.


the STi better be available in something other than a hatch. :mad:
