High/Low Beams

Hey guys, question for you. I haven't gotten my SVX yet or I'd just test it out myself. When you put on your high-beams do the low beams turn off? Or do they work in parrallel?

The low beams remain on. The fog lights go off (if you have them on).

I edited this one...it was, admittedly, inappropriate. :)

Anyway, good luck finding your SVX, Paisan. Then you can know the joy of being flashed by people's high-beams when your fog lights are on. :)

Legally, only 2 set of lights can stay on in the US according to law. You need the Low Beam all the time. Like Randy said, fogs and H-Beam alternates. However, with a right relay, you can make anything happen.

Want to mess with perfection? Let me know. ;)

Oh I found my car, just a matter of logistically working out my financials before I can actually get it in my hands. It's my aunt's 92 w/70K miles, little old lady miles at that! As soon as I unload the XT6 and get some checks for some jobs I'm working on, the 92 SVX will be mine :)

I will be in contact about the fog-override.
