taking out the climate control unit
 

hi!
I've managed to reach the climate control unit but kind of stuck with the plugs and the hose to the interior temp sensor. does the hose just come off with a bit of force or other tricks required?

Just give it a good pull as well as the connectors when you push the tab down.

I've also got to take care of this. Mine occasionally goes on the fritz, but it still works. I got a cheap replacement a few months ago, but whenever I got the free time, I'd just go to sleep. What do you have to take off to get there?

Take off the radio cage,gauge bezel, surrounding switches, and the vent above the a/c controls.

Be careful when taking out the gauge surround and the trim around the vent. Our cars are getting old and the pieces in the dash are getting very brittle.
