Silver State Classic
 

I know this is supposed to go into the meets area, but I wanted to start it here to gather interest.

I am spearheading a meet during the running of the Silver State Classic this summer. I would like to know about the interest level before calling for hotels and accomodations. Their website has a complete list of accomodations available. http://www.silverstateclassic.com

Let's see what we can do. Not only does this give us a chance to gather, but we can also participate to see what these cars will do.

I went to it a few yrs back, its in the middle of knowwhere
basically, but alot of fun. Some of the nicest, coolest cars all in one place. You can volunteer to be a spotter on the course if you meet their requirements but usually those positions are taken fast.
We hung out at the finish line, its a rush, over ..and over, and over !!
then you pack up and go home, if you are lucky enough you can caravan with another few cars while in nevada theres lots of open space out there to open it up.

Well, finally something down here in my neck of the woods. But no spectators and cars running close to 200 mph. Geez! Finally something down here, and I'm still not invited. I'm not running 110 miles at over 100mph. My bones are just too brittle for that, and so is my transmission.:)

I don't believe the tranny would be impacted by doing a few miles distance while going over 100MPH.

I don't know..... Sometimes I wonder if playing the radio affects that tranny.:D
