OK. I buried this video link in the last post to my 5MT at Pocono thread. Don't think anyone saw it. Somebody must have some kind of smart a$$ remark about my getting totally wiped by the 350Z from which the video was being taken. So here it is again to give everyone the opportunity to make that remark.

I saw it in the other thread a couple days ago.

The remark I had at the time was that I thought the SVXs rear is really tame and would probably give other racers a confidence boost.

Other than that the 350Z is a decent driver.

It sounded like you hit wot at the point you were passed so I'm gonna say it was the Zs higher power output that enabled him to pass you. nothing more.

Thank You. The Z driver has been to a number of HPDE events, and when I was following him around the twisty bits, I was able to stay with him. But I just didn't have enough grunt to keep up at WOT

Teh SVX got pWnEd!!!111!!!11111111... HAHAHA anyway it was good to see you out and if I could afford it and my Silver was a lil more prepared I would have gone with you. Good luck for the rest of the season and let me know when you go again, nice work Dan

Now, that is the kind of smart-a$$ remark I expected from this group. Thanks, Tom, now I feel at home.

I'm planning to go to Pocono on Saturday June 17th, with SCCA, the one you suggested, but I think it is sold out now.

I'm also planning to go to Pocono on July 15th, the north course, and August 19th, double infield, with PDA ($220 per day + one-time $35 membership fee)

I'm also planning to go back to Pocono, North Course, September 1 with C.A.R.T. (connecticut Autocross and Racing Team) $170 per day, and more track time than the others.

Also plan to go to Lime Rock with C.A.R.T October 2 ($240 for the day)
