Does anyone else Annoy-A-Tron?

annoying co-worker is getting paid back, best $10 i ever spent. :lol: :ninja:

"The ThinkGeek Annoy-a-tron would be useless against an army of Snowbots, but it's very effective at disturbing that guy in the sales department or your "friend" down the hall. With its thin design and embedded magnet for easy hiding, the Annoy-a-tron can be placed in a variety of locations. Select one of the three sound choices (2 kHz, 12 kHz, or alternating) and push the switch to the on position. Place it in a proper hiding spot and let the "fun" begin.

The Annoy-a-tron generates a short (but very annoying, hence the name) beep every few minutes. Your unsuspecting target will have a hard time 'timing' the location of the sound because the beeps will vary in intervals ranging from 2 to 8 minutes. The 2kHz sound is generically annoying enough, but if you really really want to aggravate somebody, select the 12 kHz sound. Trust us. The higher frequency and slight 'electronic noise' built into that soundbyte will make a full-grown Admin wonder where his packets are.

* 3 simple steps. Turn on.*
* Hide it.

:lol: that's awesome! (if high frequency induced nausea is true :confused:)

i know they "debunked" the low frequency "brown note" effect on Mythbusters, but i'm not convinced they did it right - it seemed like they only exposed themselves to the low frequencies for a short time. i'm sure the vomiting and crapping your pants effect isn't instantaneous. i'd be curious to see what results prolonged exposure would bring.

my physics professor told our class a story about when he was in school, him and his buddies fabricated a big aluminum speaker, got a big amplifier, and hid it all in a dorm building pumping out a 7Hz signal.....said most of the people in the building got nauseous and sick. he could have been full of crap, though he was an older guy who seemed like he could have been a prankster back in the day.

for an svxfiles Annoy-A-Tom, you'd need a device to take away his beer. :eek: :D

Speaking of cool websites give this one a try. http://www.unitednuclear.com/
Yup thats the place where you can get uranium ore:eek: and super magnets, which would instantley toast any computer. I thought about getting 2 tesla coils to put in my front yard, hook up some IR sensors to them and wait for the neighbors wild a$$ dogs,goats,chickens,etc. to get near them. Ultimate invisible fence:D
