Amazing experience with Kerven (Mike).
 

Well...as most (or some atleast) know...i crashed my car. I went through Mike at Kerven Subaru in PA for all the replacement parts. He saved me over $1400 over my local dealer!!! Best experience with a dealer ever....

I drove out there all the way from Chicago to pick up the parts. But Mike offered to ship them too. Also, he spent a good 5 hours straight looking for the only part he couldnt get right away, and is having it shipped straight to the body shop for me!

Awesome job Mike, and Kerven. Anything I need, i'll go through you again! (Also, check out Mike's ebay sales, as those are even a better deal for used parts.)

I got a price quote from Mike on a couple of rear struts. Then I had to wait a couple of days, until payday, before I could make the purchase. When I called him he asked me to tell him what he had quoted on shipping. I added a set of brake pads to the order and he let me slide on any additional shipping costs.

That's not the cool part, it was that he enough faith in the basic goodness of the foum members to trust my word and not recalulate shipping costs. Him trusting me (we've never met) means I'll be trusting him too....thanks Mike
