parts and SVX shell available in NH
 

My roommate and I have an extra maroon '92 SVX shell in the yard that we'd like to get rid of. Let me start by saying that this car shell had a run in with a moose in VT. I have pictures of the car and I might try and put some in my locker if people want to see. We pretty much stripped the car and moved all the drive train to another SVX (complicated and I won't get into the details now). We've got a bunch of extra parts such as:
doors
trunk lid
spoiler
glass (except windshield)
seats (although the leather isn't in the best shape)
dash parts
most of the suspension
and other stuff that I can't think of right now (so feel free to ask)
I'd like to not send this shell to the junkyard because I know they'll just have it crushed and there's a lot of parts that I'm sure fellow SVXers could probably use.

I'm located in Alton, NH (03809) and I can either arrange for pickups or shipping although I've never shipped out anything really big like a door or trunk lid before. I'll get pictures of any parts upon request and I intend to sell things pretty cheaply so I can be sure they'll go. I'll be charging actual shipping fees with the only addition being if I have to buy packing materials for some reason. I can accept Paypal, money orders, checks, or cash in person. As usual I'll wait for checks to clear before shipping. If anyone is uncomfortable buying simply through the SVX network I can also arrange to list individual items on ebay but I'll add the ebay fees to the price. I'll probably use UPS for shipping but I can do USPS if something needs to go to a PO Box or the like. If you're international I'll probably need help with whatever customs forms there might be.

I just wanted to add that this car didn't have insurance on it when it was in the accident and therefore it doesn't have a salvage title. There is only one place on the body that would require actual straightening. Right above the windshield and in front of the sunroof got all dented down and I guess also pulled in the A pillars about 1/8 - 1/4 of an inch. This would make a great body for someone wanting to make a(nother) SVX racer. Someone could straighten it mostly out, throw a plexi/lexan windshield in there and would probably be all set. I'd love to do it but I just don't have the money.

yes, the dates of the pictures say 11/24/2002, but I didn't realize that the camera's date was messed up until I copied the pics off of the SD card.

update on parts
 

Over the past weekend we spent a good deal of time tearing apart the SVX shell and now have a bunch of parts that are ready to go. Sorry to those of you who got in touch with me a while back, I got incredibly busy with several other car problems (and other life things). We haven't actually sold anything from the car except the fender and the hood struts so there's still a bunch of parts available. I don't have a lot of the common things but if you're looking for possibly more obscure parts like a trunk latch and cable, or a cruise control module or something then I might have it. The car only had about 140K on it so a lot of things are in surprisingly good shape. There are a lot of things in tough shape too though and I'll do my best to make sure you know exactly the condition of things.

If anyone who contacted me before still wants the parts we had talked about just get back in touch with me and we'll go from there.
