Wasn't there a flamed out SVX at Reading? I'm not a fan of flames (except the True-Fire style), but I don't think it looks bad.

+1 on it being a decent flame paint job,
but the svx isnt the car for it imo

I actually think this would look nice on an ebony SVX. When done properly, flames can look pretty sharp.

Also consider that 1) we take after the Delorean (Back to the Future), so flames are appropriate when we are flying through time and 2) our engine bays do get quite hot, so consider it a warning. :lol:

I 2nd that the side view looks okay, in fact I really like it from that angle. But the flames across the hood just don't look right for some reason.

These are probably what are referred to as "ghost flames", where they are pretty subtle, kinda half faded, a tasteful look.

Still think flames of any kind are best reserved for the old school rods though.

Although the "true flame" look on those black cars is pretty cool. I think that H2 (and several other vehicles) belong to a local pizza chain up here in WA that also has the artist paint all the BLACK fixtures in their restrooms the same way!

Some of The Rock WFP's vehicles... I know they at least used to have a H2 like the one pictured above, and also one of those huge Miami Vice type speedboats, both in black with this same type of "real flame" paint job.
