Alright so I was wrong, another q... now the car won't start.

Hi folks... I had to take of my intake plenum to get to the water manifold on the top of the block, I've put it back on, and now the car won't start.

Also, there is an orange, cube relay that says relay 2m on it that is buzzing when the car is in the "ON" position. It is located under the dash, above where your left shin would be if you were in the drivers seat. Any ideas?

Plugged in:
-TPS
-IAC
-AUX Air
-6 Injectors
-Ground bolted to manifold near EGR
-Sensor pluged in at same location

Next problem....
gas leak, if you have a leak anywhere in the rail connections... engine won't start

TPS - Check
Not clear on IAC... What does that stand for?
Same issue with AUX air
Injectors, check
Grounded manifold, AHAH!
Sensor at same location, check.

Thanks so much for the wonderful checklist, I should write it in sharpie on the manifold, (4th time I've removed one on the 3.3)

Idle Air Control
it is on the underside of the throttle body, center, just before the manifold i think the plug is cream collored. The Aux air controller is the thing that was mounted on the water pipe with a large vaccum hose running in and out of it. The plug goes into the back, so you should be able to see it if you look under the manifold placing your head near the brake res. Just follow the big vac lines, you'll find one that isn't part of the PCV system ;)

EDIT
also do you have a check engine light?
4 main harness connections all tight?
