SVX in Alexandria, VA (Duke St.)

Spotted a blue svx yesterday in traffic, was just wondering if it was anyone of the board. The svx actually had the k-staff front bumper which I thought was amazing!! Never seen it in person. It was a beauty!!!

You know it very well could have been, cause they did have the waterfall grill painted blue. What are the odds of another svx out there with both painted center grill and k-staff bumper?!?!
