Cruisen_15 showed me a place where they are cheaper, I'm not sure about it. If it falls through I'll gladly buy from them.

Cool, show us where you can get them cheaper than this.

I do not earn anything for my pocket out of this. It has been mentioned a lot of times that they cost between 130 and 140 each. I am just announcing that I found a supplier with a cheaper price.

I've been trading emails with Nick over the last year or two. He also has forged pistons for the EG33.

Jason, did you try to contact these suppliers? Maybe their websites are not updated.

Once I bought a PWR Rad for $350 when the market price was $520. In an hour I got refunded with an apology.

The new design Cometic head gaskets for the SVX are now .066" in thickness. They are now composed of 5 layers and Cometic did this to provide better sealing capabilities.

I tried many of the suppliers who offered lower prices. They did not have them in stock and said it would be 4-6 weeks before they got them from Cometic anyway.

Cometic makes them to order and it takes 3 business days to make them up and ship them.

The old design has been discontinued and the new ones are 137.74 each. The P/N is C4340-066

.

Ok I emailed Nick about the serial number of the cometics and this was his answer:
