Just thought I would say g'day rather than being lost in the 'Every member check in here' post.

I have to confess that I have been lurking since the start of the year. Purchased my '92 SVX in April and then had a fair bit of mechanical work done on it. Had to clean the healights for the roadworthy then my trusted mechanic got to work. New Koni rear shocker assemblies and installation. A number of seals replaced. Camshaft timing belt. Engine idler pullies and tensioners (OUCH that cost hurt!). Transmission cooler assembley, transmission fluid flush. I purchased the car at a low cost so I was prepared to invest into making it run well.

It was worthwhile as I love driving it.

Welcome!!! Your car sounds sick, can you post some pics?

I'm also a newish member having bought my SVX in Feb, neglected at a low cost

Hi welcome to the world of $VX , what was wrong with the head lights that you had to clean them?

Hey Cam the headlights were cloudy and would not have passed a roadworthy. I have done a post on them which shows before and after pics.
