New Tires

Hi SVXERS, I need tp replace my tires on my 97 and am considering Goodyear Triple Treds. Though a little pricey the 80,000 mile warranty and 30 trial are enticing. Anybody tried these yet? TIA, Dick

I'm more for getting the best tire for the conditions. These tires try to be good at everything but really don't succeed at anything. I'd still recommend having a good set of summer tires and an ok-to-good set of winter tires.

good years suck period. just my opinion... in my experience they are really only good for minivans... to much tread life to be a good performance tire... the snow handling ok.. they do have good wet traction though
