Best Speakers?
 

Sometime ago I used to run MB Quart seperate component speakers. Loved them.
I have also used Infinity and they sounded pretty good too.

We have a local dealer for Memphis speakers. He says he will give me a good deal on them and they are better then any other speaker on the market. Hmmm? Not sure if I believe that but I figured I'd at least ask.

I would like to replace the factory speakers with something better that will work with an aftermarket stereo when I am ready for that. Or I might just stay with the stock stereo and run a couple amps.

any thoughts, advice, direction on which way to go.

i have infinity speakers in my car, and they are amazing. no need for a sub.

It's all about the install. You don't need the highest end components, but if you properly install it, such as making sure theres a perfect seal between the front and rear of hte speaker, properly designed and fitted baffle and proper angle it will sound really good. Adequately powered speakers also sound way better than running off head unit power.
