Non SVX on Forza 3 motorsport video game
 

Sorry if this is the wrong area to post this, but here's a a copy of the email I sent to Forza (forzafb@microsoft.com) so they would consider adding the SVX to their downloadable content (DLC) for the xbox 360.


Dear sir/ madam,

I know you guys are busy, but I just have one question, will the 1992-97 Subaru SVX be on the next DLC?
If not, will it ever make it as a DLC? I'm sure a lot of people including me would like to see the SVX make it
into Forza 3 or 4. There's a huge fan based forum based on the SVX, online and in the real world. It was also mentioned
a lot of times on your blog/ forums. Hope you guys would consider it. Thanks in advance.

Its simple, straight forward request. If you guys are a fan of Forza, or Forza 3 you can email them and let our voice be heard.!:)
For those who are not familiar with this, its a video racing game that lets you customize your car, from paint to engine and chassis parts etc.... It would be nice to
see virtually modded SVX( in your own virtual garage ) and race against other classes.

Car and Driver reviewed Forza and (er, the other one) last month, questioning the extensive Daihatsu content of one of them. If it was Forza, you may have a shot.

Jalopnik ran a poll to determine which cars would be added in a download pack a while back. The SVX was one of the initial contenders, but was voted out after a few rounds.

I saw this but didn't have a chance to vote on it before it was already eliminated I think if we put together a petition to have it included in an update and had enough people sign it then perhaps they'd consider it again.

it wouldn't be hard for the forza team at all. they send updates to the game and car packs, that have brand new cars with their own physics and everything to the game periodically for download. i don't see any reason why the svx isn't in this game. they have freaking pickup trucks in it now. if there's a petition, count me in.

Yes count me in too, But can we do an online petition? Instead of giving out our real names/ info we'll just sign it using our SVX forum names followed by our location, people can include their first names if they like. I figure if I get enough response on this thread, I will forward it and link it to forza motorsports. Anyone have a better idea pls. let me know. Thanks:)

you could do an online poll, I'm pretty sure they allow you to do polls on this forum not sure never tried.

I know it may sound silly to some, but I would really like to appeal to the makers/ developers of the Forza 3 Motorsports XBOX video game/ racing sim, so they can include the subaru SVX in their next downloadable content. This is our chance to let them know that they should consider including the SVX because it's one of the odd but yet awesome car!
For those who are not familiar with this racing sim/ video game, It allows you to download/ buy the cars you want then customize it , paint or apply decals to it. But the best part is you can virtually transform your SVX from a street performer to a pro race class. Imagine giving your engine a makeover with twin turbos! , upgrading to race Tranny, ignition, camshafts, tires etc....all without real money involved LOL. You can then pit your SVX against ferraris, porsche and even lamborghinis!.

I think it's the 3.0 or 3.6. I put it in my 05 STI.

Yes, I believe I did an engine upgrade on my sti as well, but it's not the same on a wrx body.
