Hey, I got one 'a those!

Lemme dig for it in my garage and get back to you. Last I checked its in perfect condition, but its been out of the car for... a few years now at least.

Anyone know what they're worth? I got no idea. I'll do a little snooping

If any of youguys that are getting rid of your stock cd player to dcarrb want a replacemnet. I am replacing my Eclipse 5331 with a new Eclipse unit... So I'll gladly sell this one off to someone who needs one :) Everything on it works just fine and best of all, it matches the stock SVX dials :) (kinda... the green does atleast)...

Ebay

You might check Ebay. If not to buy at least to get an idea of actual value.

Hmm no dice. Dunno where mine went.

But for reference, I saw 2 on ebay a couple days ago, bids @ $40ish, buy it nows @ $75-$80. Could probably snag one for under $50 on Ebay.

Stock Stereo

I have the stock double-DIN unit from my '92 that I'd be willing to part with. It's only been out for 3-4 months and worked just fine when I pulled it. Only issue I had was that some "burned" CDs were "iffy." No problems with originals, though.

The harness is uncut & it looks good, too. You're welcome to it for $60 plus actual shipping. I'd pack it really well and send it UPS or FedEx, your choice.

I'm hoping for something better than "iffy," but thanks for the offer. (I know: ANYTHING used can be described as such.)

Casually looked into repair of my existing unit but it appears that's not really a viable option.

I think burned CD's are "iffy" in all stock stereos. After all the units are 10+ years old. :)

The one in my teal, which I bought from a member here, works perfectly with CDs of every description. But yeah, I realize hoping to find another like that is probably wishful thinking.
