This happened in our area yesterday. Is was one of the road signs that can be programmed to tell drivers of upcoming road advisories or conditions. What the news article doesn't say is what the teenagers programmed the lighted sign to say:

Lets say the local news last evening did a poor job of screening/ omitting the obscene words out when they had their t.v. cameras on the sign!

when we were young adolescents we would duct tape condoms to the back of mufflers, now that was funny.

I did that once. THEY GOT HUUUUGGEEE! :D
