hmm they look pretty nifty.. :D but the thing is is i'm poor and would never find the time to assemble one.. hmmm i like it though. are they all made with the lights as stickers??? or are there any that the lights are real??? like a clear or red plastic? 1/24 scale is pretty small. My Ferrari is a 1/18. and no i don't speak Japanese lol the stuff on that site looks cool though.

I'd be wary of putting anything cool and small enough to steal on display in your dorm. Unfortunately, you wont have 100% control over who accesses it and if they are supervised. Its common to have large parties in dorms where a lot of ppl leave their rooms open for party space. You roommate(s) can have whom ever they want when ever they want. I've heard from alot of my friends who are in dorms (i thankfully am not) who have had things disappear even thought no one was home. Its a problem alot of campuses are having and there isnt much you can do if your car does disappear. The only thing you can do is make a pact with your dorm mates that your door is locked all the time (even if its 2 am and all your doing is going for a quick pee down the hall) and not have strangers in the room but after a few months there it feels like home and you'll start to leave the room unlocked and bring friends there. I'd get a poster or a brochure to display and wait until you had an apartment or your own place to display your cooler stuff. (you;d be surprised what ppl will steal! Curling irons, calculators, books. Things you;d think no one would want. Someone will want that cool little car.)

If you want the model from the ebay guy i can find his id (on ebay) i bought a video from him around Christmas.

When I was in college my roommate got drunk and peed on my powerbook. Twice.
