Dealer Axle Cost

I need a front passenger side axle. Does anyone know how much the dealer will charge about?

Well when the guys at my mechanic's shop screwed up the order, they told me that if they were to order a dealer part, it would cost near $400. I'm getting a reman. one from Raxles.com for $149 + s&h.

I just looked at their site, and they have a lifetime warranty on all of their axles. :) They look pretty good if you don't want to have your own rebuilt.

My Subie dealer just quoted me a left (driver's side) front axle installed for $489- plus 6% PA tax.
