Rough Idle

What should I be looking for when my 93 begins to idle rough (miss) once it's warmed up?

Codes first, if nothing then these, in the following order.

Vacuum leak

Plugs
(metallic expansion when heating up could be resulting in to much gap on worn plugs)

MAF

o2 sensors

injectors

Cam sensors

crank angle sensor

ensteele
