Just wanted to say thanks for the help
 

I tore apart my power steering pump to replace the old o-ring, and man did it need replaced. It doesn't whine anymore and steering is silky smooth now. If it weren't for this forum I would have spent a lot of money for a new pump. Thanks for the help :cool:
