Anybody Know Irotors????
 

I bought rotors/brakes n lines a week ago yesterday. I cannot get them to respond to my emails or even acknowledge they received my money. I am so sick of giving jerks my money only to receive nothing or messed up crap. If I dont hear from them by tomorrow I guess I will file a complaint with paypal.

if it's less than a month i think you can report them and get your money back - i'm not too sure about it...

did you get a tracking number or anything??

Just kidding, hey try Dayle @ motorsport whare house. I trust him and recommend his site to any svx owner. He may not have what you had seen on ebay...but he is trustworthy and will try to maintain qaulity transactions.

YOUR MEAN! I must have sucker written on my forehead. I dont have an over abundance of money! I have to save for what I want. To be honest I am getting QUITE tired of it. I have to get my $$$ back from irotors first. Why would they even accept a BEST OFFER if they cant ship.....I looked at their FB and theres a lot of slow ships. I didnt check it first cause I saw on here where someone recomended them! I should have tried Dayle but his were so much higher I didnt think I could afford his.

I seem to recall other slow response posts about irotors. But I don't remember reading about anybody getting screwed.

Do a search, maybe some more information about them or a phone number??

I had a good experience with irotors, mabey it just fell through the cracks.

I would start out being nice to find out what happened. I wouldn't get nasty unless I had to. :o

I wasnt going to be mean at first, what made me mad was the fact that I asked him when i sent the $$$ could he ship them fast cause i needed them quickly. Plus i made a best offer and he accepted it within an hour!

by chance...were they in stock and ready to ship?
because when i ordered- i forget if it was race concepts or r1 concepts...they had to make the rotors which took 5 or 7 days to do..
so maybe it's that..check the auction again.~

they seem to have good deals

One week today. He accepted my best offer within and hour, if he didnt have them , he could have told me then. Anything!????? He wont respond at all. Going to call this afternoon if I dont hear from him on ebay.

Better business bureau if you are not satisfied. It shouldn't take 1 week to get an answer. I really wouldn't get too mean though....You could simply ask for a refund and cancel your order and go to someone else...That's what I would do....regardless if it's a "great" deal....Customer service to me means alot and if I think I'm treated poorly, I take my business elsewhere regardless if I could save 100 bucks or so.

Well I still hadnt gotten a reply from them so I called today on my lunch break, they dont have a clue why I havent gotten any response, DUH wonder who does? And guess what they are shipping today after 4:00 and they have a DHL tracking number they gave me already. How does that work? I should file a complaint with paypal now just to be a B....Gonna call Dayle next time!

I just got some rotors from them. Shipping took just over two weeks, but if its any consolation, the rotors look pretty damn good for how cheap they were.

Yep thats me! Not sure about the "results" yet, she said check DHL after 4 and theres still nothing posted as of 8:07 tonight!
I just dont know what to do now...As for shipping taking over 2 weeks, sorry im not that patient and besides that, there wasnt anything cheap about mine. Right at 100 a wheel, I know im going to love them but I would rather have my money back so I could add some to it and give it to Dayle, at least I know I would get them....
I know I seem incredibly impatient but when you need something to fix your car its hard not to be...

Below is the response I got from stupidrotors. I replied telling them if they reply to an ebay message like I sent then it goes through ebay, but i checked my ebay email just to make sure and the only thing from them was a winning notice, a receipt from paypal when i paid. NOTHING ELSE!
What a bunch of idiot liars. Oh and Ive had that email for 7 years so thats no excuse for the jerks either. No spam, no junk.....nothing there. <p>
