The claims adjuster conveniently doesnt

1) get faxes fromt he doctors office sent 5 times she got it onc e
2) wont send me $ and I have been out since sept 15
3) if I call out of 10 times I call she has picked up the phone twice

Not to mention it bothers my arm to type, write or lift anything
and I'm soooo bored at home its ridiculous all I can do is watch TV
since of course I have no $ to spend on anything...

By the time I get the 2/3 of my hired hours (only 20 hours)
I'll be behind on everything :mad:

they wont pay me supposedly based on a 40 hour week since I was hired for 30 (despite the fact I havent worked 30 hours since the first month I started) :mad:

TIP: Don't deal with the adjuster, deal only with your insurance agent. That's part of their job.

When I call the main 1 800 # for the company they refer me to the adjuster

who else would I speak to?
