Sunroof problems

Look guys I have searched and nothing seems to work for my sunroof. it gets all the way to the end and then won't pop down. I am so pissed off. Is my sunroof motor going bad? BTW when it stops the motor is still running like it thinks it is still closing. Has anyone had similar problems? How did you fix it?

I did the slight modification and it worked perfectly. If my 96 ever starts to act up, I know exactly what to do.
