lost PM
 

While the server move took place, I lost a PM. I got a popup window that said that I had a PM. So if anyone sent me a PM in the last 6 hours or so, you need to resend it again.

I did not send the PM. Someone sent it to moi. I guess I still exist... hehe.

My apologies for the inconvenience and interruption of service. I did give plenty of notice that I was going to down the server and move it today. I always hate to do such things, but it’s in the best interest of the group as a whole. Also got a bunch more disk space freed up as well. I had an idea that usage would go up after the 10th anniversary meet.

It's ok. I know from experiences that stuff like that happens in our field of work. Don't worry about it. If they want to send me a PM, they can always resend it.

Yes, I try to hit it now and then........

For those of you that did not know yet, I am in the middle of the move. Officially, I should not get my cable modem connection till the 31st but I manage to get my modem to run. Don't ask how. Anyways, I am online and running great. My server should be up by tomorrow since I have to rewire the whole apartment again and I don not have long enough CAT5s for all my computers.
