Pitch Brace Question
So i stumbled upon a post the other day that said this pitch brace http://www.groupa.ca/PR_pitchmounts.html would fit on the svx along with many early model legacies. Ive also notcied legacy guys using ones for sti's http://www.rallysportdirect.com/shop...unt-p-250.html or http://www.rallysportdirect.com/shop...7143c9bf80410b and basically im curious if sti ones would fit the svx, seeing as as far as i can tell the group A one listed first is no longer available? im really tempted by this mod because its pretty cheap and im always down for putting more power to the ground.
is this mod even worth doing? are the benefits really noticeable or is it marginal improvement at best? im looking for input from anyone that has experience with these. |
Re: Pitch Brace Question
the group N pitch mount is pretty much stock. it doesn't really change anything honestly. almost as if you didn't do anything at all.
the group A one would be more solid ...therefore you'd have NVH. you probably wouldn't notice a difference at all in power either way |
Re: Pitch Brace Question
I remember reading a post by a member (Mychailo) who had put an aftermarket pitch mount into his car. His comment was something along the lines of "Sounds like the transmission is bolted directly to the firewall. Tons of NVH."
