ball joints replaced?

anyone have information about replacing and need to know if needed to take the bolts out of the struts
Any info would be nice ty!

Here's a link to a How-to that I wrote about a year ago. I found it to be a fairly simple thing to do.

Got them both in and replaced front calipers and ss break lines! Piece of cake!
