a SVX owner at last!!
hey guys,
ive been looking for a svx for over a year and i have had 2 econo cars inbetween but i finally bought mine. its a 1992 with 117k, had the tranny rebuilt in '03. it needs rear wheel bearings and a power antenna and the one front corners is chipped but outside of that the car is in pretty good shape, best of all i got it for $1700!!!! heres the pic from autotrader http://www.autotrader.com/fyc/vdp.js...p=y&cardist=20 just thought id let you guys know, by the way any tips, mod ideas, incite is appriecated thanks! |

welcome, and my personal suggestion would be to look at the How-To Documents folder, then as time allows cruise thru the personal lockers. There's an amazing amount of stuff in there - then ask questions about what you don't understand. Last tip would be to get the rear wheel bearings done at a shop that uses a Hub Tamer (or similar) tool to R&R the bearings - do a forum search on either Tamer or Bearings - you'll get a lot of hits, very popular subject (and transmissions too). |
