Sparkie plugs

Anyone out there got instructions on how to remove plugs?
and where are these ( access holes)? you got like .5" to work
in down there. and they people at Subie are bein pissy
and don't want to tell me about how to do it, they want to
do it. help?..

You don't really need to use the access holes. Once you get the coil packs off, a normal spark plug socket and a short extension is all you really need.

I believe there's a "how-to" in Ryan McDonald's personal locker.

coo thanks guys i'll see what i can do
you have sugestions on what kind of plugs
to use?and the gap?

Gap is 0.044", although any plug you buy for the SVX should be pre-gapped anyways.

I've used the Bosch ones for the past 30k miles, seems to be OK. I've got the NGK Iridium plugs sitting in my car waiting to be installed. There's no application listed for the SVX for the NGK Iridiums, but I did some part number checks, and found that the fit and gap is the same as the Imprezas/Legacies.

I guess I'll know how the car runs with it once I find the time to put it in. :)
