ABS light??

My ABS light went on today and stayed on until I took the key off the ignition. Has anyone had that problem? What does the ABS Module do? and is it the same for all years in an SVX?
Thanks guys

The Antilock Brake System modulates hydraulic pressure to any wheel which suddenly decelerates as a result of brake lock up. Something is amiss with your system. Get it checked out.

In the 92 there is a system to self check the ABS codes. The blinking light is under the passenger seat.

What turned out to be the problem with your ABS system? My light also just started going on. Thanks.

The ABS light only stayed on for one day(only when the car was on) After that it never came back on(Cross my fingers).
Good luck
