Anybody Into the Real Estate in NYC?

An extremely wealthy friend is asking me about the land value between 56th ~ 58th streets (6th and 7th Avenues) in West NY eligible for a 90floor Skyscraper...

Any help with that?

I don't know, can't help you there, but have your wealthy friend make me an offer on my house in Cleveland, Ohio.... ;) It's been on the market for 10 months and I need to sell!!

Hehehe... Naaaaaa... he needs a plot of land in this area. He got a lot of offers, but he needs to know if they are overvalued or not...

I doubt you will find an answer on here, but also just to clarify. Your friend wants to build a 90floor skyscraper? I doubt that would get approved in the area of NYC you are talking about. OR are you talking about he wants to rent the 90th floor of a building?

Build. Why you are saying so? He got two offers so far, he just wants to know if he will be scr*** on the deal or not.

He understands that there are permits for land where you can build for ex. a 30 floor building and others at 70 or 50 or whatever.
The price fluctuates accordingly... for a 90+, well obviously it is the most expensive...

A 90 floor sky scraper in manhattan? Thats just not going to happen.

aren't there city ordinances or city zoning laws that say what you can and can't do or where you can build?

Does your friend understand that there is NO 90 story building there even now? The two that were there were knocked down by a bunch of barbarians who feel fulfilled in life to kill innocent people. The Freedom Tower (I think that is what it is being called) will be the tallest building in Manhattan at 1776 feet tall (wonder where they got that number:D) Also the section of Manhattan you are referring to I would be shocked to see anything 2/3 that size be built.

I have been to Dubai, believe me I know... Still there will not be a 90 story building going up for a very long time in that section of Manhattan or actually any part of NYC.
