The rooms contract for the 20th Anniversary/Reading XIII Meet
is now in the HI reservation system.

All pertinent information for obtaining rooms and the meet in general, can be found HERE:

Even if you think you might possibly go, commit and book your rooms. You CC is NEVER charged until you check out so there is no worries there. Don't hold back and wait.

You can also register early to hold the room in the block. If at the last minute you can't attend, Don't cancel! Instead, you could offer it to other members in the event all rooms have been filled. It is not a cancellation, but a transfer of rooms within the block from one individual to another.

I want everyone who actually books a room at the hotel to add their name, screen name, number of nights reserved, confirmation number and type of room.



This will make it much easier for me (and the hotel) to keep track of where we are and what we may need. And all of the records in one place.

This will be the master list of who has actually registered at the hotel and makes it easier to add rooms to the block in a timely manner. It shows the number and types of rooms that are reserved. If we seem to be running out of a particular type of room, we can always add more


We will make it a sticky so that it will always be visible.

Just copy the line below and paste it, changing only the pertinent information: The hotel keeps my CC information on file and I traditionally reserve my room and get a confirmation number when I sign the contract.
