Unemployment customer service
Well I filed my unemployment claim a couple of weeks ago and had a problem with the claim. Tennessee's website says to go to your local career center to fix the claim which I did. When I got there and explained my problem they told me to refer to the website and Im like WTF:mad: or call the 1-800# and wait anywhere from 4-5 hrs to get a customer service rep. I told him how am I to look for a job if I spend time like this to file a claim? Maybe I should become a large corporate entity and ask for a bailout since they get money thrown at them because they DONT do their jobs. Typical government B.S.

I dunno if it's just TN or what, but the waits can be .....GEEZ! However, when you actually do get a live person on the line, things get fixed quickly.
Call on wednesday FTW...It'll still take 30-40mins to get thru, but it beats the snot outta 2-3 hrs on the other days! (this from someone who was on TN's unemployment for a year recently) |

I guess they want us to "work" for it by waiting:lol: At least I can collect unemployment and severence at the same time, making more money now :rolleyes:
