He became famous from that news video. People just find it funny to make fun of him.

i guess... i dunno... maybe i'm weird.... but i didn't really think it was so funny.. i mean, it was kinda cute when the guy would go "woo woo!" real loud and stuff.. but... like.... i didn't really smile or chuckle or anything...

I thinks it is like Adam says.:) Except for the driving on the left side of the road and running the stop sign. That's funny cause it's on the film, on tv and on the web. The guy can't drive and everyone knows it now. (I finally got to get to download.)

My favorite part was not the "Woo woo!" My favorite part was "It's just for decoration, that's all it is. It's just for decoration." Somebody please tell me how a "sound" becomes "decoration." <shaking head>

My favorite part is where he almost hits the parked car then runs the stop sign. That is classic.
