Interesting info

Just processed some of the logs on the server yesterday. Its seems that the SVX World Network server sends out 4.2 gigs of data per month. For those of you who would like to visualize, thats roughly 6 and a half full CDs of data.

Just thought it would be interesting to know... :)

I HAVE a business connect so its not an issue :) I do need to up the bandwidth a bit and buy some REAL IP address space though. Right now everything is going through a Cisco router and it is the only device with a REAL IP. Everything else is packet routed on private IP space. This will be fixed when I have money comming in again. It shouldnt be a big issue right now. The added latency is only a milisecond or 3. Not more than 5 miliseconds. We are starting to cap in bandwitdth though and this CAN cause slow downs. I hope to head this problem off soon. :)
