STI BBS Wheels - Gunmetal
 

I am thinking about selling my current set which have been painted with Duplicolor Gunmetal Paint. I painted them myself, and if you are looking for perfection you will want to refinish them. For me they were fine, except I now I realize that I prefer bright silver and I stumbled on a pretty good deal on a set of freshly powder coated ones.

Considering the amateur spray job I feel that I am pricing them an affordable $400 for the set. The current tires will be removed prior to sale.

I would consider it but am somewhat reluctant mainly because it would be difficult for me to find good packaging materials for 4 wheels.

I guess I should know , but size tire would work? I have a set of tires of Blizzaks mounted on stock wheels now. They would make good winter rims. Not crazy about the look of stock tires on the car all winter.

You can use 235/45/17, 225/45/17 or 245/45/17 tires on your wheels without rubbing or altering the speedometer too much.

Not worried about speedometer error. 5 speed tranny( if that makes any difference ) what if I put on a taller tire? 225x50x17

Bump still for sale. I'd take $375. I am frequently in the Philadelphia, Central and Northern NJ area for a quick meet and drop. Also in MD, DC corridor on occasion.

Haha I do not like my stock wheels. I may get one more winter out of the Conni contacts that are mounted on the car. I can get a set of wheels with tires mounted and balanced for $800.00 . Cheap wheels and tires. For my 500 to 1,000 miles of winter driving they would work.

I put them on Nasioc and Craigslist, lots of interest almost immediately. If anyone from here is interested let me know now because I think they are going to sell soon and I'd rather see them on a SVX.
