okay, while that was ridiculiously funny, i am upset for two reasons:

1) the guy in the ///M3 obviously could have tooled the douchebag in the eclipse, and although i'm sure maturity won out in the cockpit of the BMW, i sorta wish the camera had stayed rolling and the M3 had blasted by the eclipse..

2) i'm incredibly afraid of that sound now.. what could cause such a catastrophic engine failure? aside from having a piece of mitsubishi engineering underneath the hood? :D

I would say the eclipse won and lost at the same time. He did have a good launch.

There is nothing wrong with mitsu engines. It's what these morons done with the bolt on junks and I have a feeling that they screwed up somewhere. It initially sounded like the exaust or the intake falling off followed by....

I wish just once that someone would blow their engine off the line when they pull that s*it with me... Sometimes I even rev the engine to let them think i'm going to race...

I did get a cop to chase one once....:D :D :D as they blew off the line smokin the fronts... I just made a nice even start...

My firm belief ... our car is fun to drive and a joy to look at... it was not designed as a racer or a ricer... Just a classic car
