MAF Replacement
So it seems my MAF starts acting up. The smell coming out from the exhaust is annoying, I am sure unburned fuel. Mileage per gallon is low.
Tried: - Cleaning the Filter (K&N) - Cleaning the MAF - Re-welded the MAF board. - Re-checked if there are any leaks in the system - Cleaned the AIC Unit the proper way. The car is simply not idling correctly. The rpms are bouncing from 300 to 600 or so. I am pretty sure I have a MAF problem. It has the yellow tag with the part number: 22680 AA240 A36-601 R63 which is not common to other SVXi since my car is from the Middle East. What are my option guys besides purchasing a new one? Can other Nissan/SVXi MAFs fit my car properly? 10x |
Re: MAF Replacement
If you decide to replace the MAF try PM:ing kissmedeadly. He's in Moscow. Most google hits for your part # are in Russian... from the number of hits I would assume it's used in another Subie too - not just SVX.
Your car does not have O2 sensors, correct? Do you have the Ecutuner or another way to look at real time data from the diagn port? /T |
Re: MAF Replacement
What did you google to get to Russian links? I tried it from my end, google gave me nothing (
Your search - 22680 AA240 A36-601 R63 - did not match any documents. Suggestions: Make sure that all words are spelled correctly. Try different keywords. Try more general keywords. Try fewer keywords.) EDIT: Yes, used the first 10 digits, found a Russian site. Thanks |
