window stuck up
My passenger side window will not go up or down. All 3 other windows work, and i hear nothing when I push the passenger side button. Could I maybe need a sleve lock regulator or is my motor burned out or something serious?
Itd be nice to have alol 4 windows working when I sell the car. |
At least its not stuck down  :D But otherwise check to see if its got power going to it. Take the door panel off and youll see a round plastic holder with a couple of wires going through it I *belive* that its a green/white and Blue/something wires.

Does it go down with the driver's controls?
If so then the passenger switch is breaking. You'll be able to use the breaking switch by pressing the switch normally in addition to pressing lightly at the base of the switch. |
no it does not go down useing either the driver or passenger controls. The night before it rolled down fine, and the next morning it would not so i dont know what went wrong.

Possibly the "sleeve-lock" in the regulator broke, do a search and you should find something

Both of my rear seat windows do the same thing in the Spring. It seems that rolling up the windows in cold weather and then trying to open them in warm weather doesn't work so well sometimes. Can't explain it... Its just what I've experienced. I've always been able to get the windows working properly again just by occasionally trying to roll down the window. Eventually, it rolls down.

It must be a loose connection.

the window did open this morning on the way to work I guess it was just that thing mbtoloczko mentioned.

I hate stuckup windows. They think they are sooo much better than everything else. :D :D :D
