rubbing noise under low speed turning

when i turn in my 92 svx it makes a sound like plastic bouncing and rubbing on the ground, i know its not that but thats the type of sound it makes, not a constant noise, just a pulsating noise if you know what im getting at, only under low speed turning, anything like this happen to anyone else?

Does it feel like a binding sensation? Sometimes the AWD clutches will get sticky. The sensation & associated sound gets more pronounced as you get closer to full steering wheel lock.

it does move considerably slower when turning really hard, but i just assume thats normal with the awd, the noise i hear starts before the slowing sensation, it goes rubbing noise, then slowing

check the fender liners as one might be out of place and rubbing when you turn the wheel alot.
