New Zealand Sighting
 

Hi all.

So far I have not met one NZ SVX owner on my tour of the south island - disappointing.

BUT - I did spot a SILVER SVX with the BBS wheels and late model grill (silver) here in Invercargill today (Mon 1 Sept).

Does it belong to anyone here on the forum? Saw it twice but couldn't stop as I was in the Tour car with the rest of the band.

sorry,no,but if u see one indec08.,thats proably mine,stillgaraging in auckland,nz is very rare too forsvx,possibly less than 50,may be its time to a meeting like those fellows in the states.

i would say theres gotas be more than 50 here i used to see on an average of 3 or more an week and they werent the same svxs. plus taking in to the amount ive seen on trade that been up for sale. plus the quite an few ive been offered but cants afford lol:lol:

im 2 poor to drive my one and dnt have spare diff 2 replace in my other one that has gas lol

Well my Local Pub here in Auckland (Browns Bay, on the North Shore ) called "Speakers Corner" has 4 SVX owners - only problem was I have only ever seen the 4 cars parked side by side once (and I left the camera at home!!).

But I have met another 3 Aucklanders over the years who also own SVXs.

They are NUTSHL, TREVOR & HAIRY - all really keen SVX owners like me.

oh,well,used to run around brownbay a lot,to the library,to the post,to the tire shop,etc.,used to live in rothesaybay and mairangibay,01-03,theres a WOF shop i used to go to before brownbay,at the triangle road.has not seen much of svx,seen sometime at news market....one in wellington.....

the most ive seen at once was 5 or 6 lol mind you there was 3 in car sales yards all down the same road lol. Thats includes your svx hairy lol. the 1st time i saw it most not been in the country for long. had no plates on it. its looked sooo beautiful. all shiney in that sortas maroon redish. its had 12,500 on the price. in the same cars sale yard they had an silver one. think that was an 1993 or 94 model. and just down the road they had an pearly 1992 that was on display on ramps. price was 7990. and the others i saw were driving on the streets
