Old Japanese cars..Brand new !!
I have found those in a forum, both are 1981 model year, and as the title suggest, they are still brand NEW!!
One is a 1981 Honda Accord with 77 Km (47 miles) and the other is an 1981 Honda Prelude with 81 Km (50 miles), they are in a Honda dealer in Switzerland. I always love to see old japanese cars in good shape! Enjoy! Re: Old Japanese cars..Brand new !!
I love that Accord, it is literally indestructable!
The only way to kill it is through a rusty body, but the mechanics are top notch! My mechanic still own one, you wouldn't believe how it looks like... and it is still running! |

Re: Old Japanese cars..Brand new !!
Max, trust me, this Accord is still in good shape comparing my Mechanic's.
His car is bronze in color originally, it has red doors on one side (replaced and unpainted) and two front fenders both still on black metal primer. no bumpers, barely some floor sheets (rusted), rusted rear fenders beyond repair... the car barely has a chassis and a roof. Why is he keeping it? The BEST mileage per gallon on a 500K kms engine!!!!!!!!! |

Re: Old Japanese cars..Brand new !!
I knew a woman way back when who had an 80-something Prelude. Didn't that car have a factory-twin-carb setup?
