This wire goes plugs into the passagers seat. what is it actually for?

The first one is a resistor in the transmission control circuit. The rest are beyond me!

3rd looks like the JDM variant of the Seat/window relay&circuit breaker.

#1 is a resistor for your electronic rust protection system. I think yours is broken:p

#6 has to be for the heated seats, I just looked under my passenger seat (I have heated seats) and I have the same wire....on my son's 92 no wire and no heated seats.
