I'm a distraction
Yesterday around 3 in the afternoon I was stopped at a stoplight. As I'm sitting there waiting for it to change, a guy driving a Thunderbird circa late 1980's drives through the light in front of me. I notice this inquisitive expression on his face. Well, this random person keeps staring at my car in amazement. He stared a moment to long and found himself driving into a fence. I pull up behind him to see if he is ok. His response was, "What kind of car is that?" I tell him that it is a Subaru SVX and state my question again.
Well, the damage to his car was minimal seeing and the curb he hit in front of the fence alerted his attention to the horizontal pedal in his car. The fence is ok, just needs a little black paint.
I had my thoughts about getting rid of the SVX, but moments like these make me keep it. Best part is that I can't see or even imagine myself driving anything else but an SVX.
