Exhaust temps?
 

I was going to clean up (sand and rattle-can paint) my headers before they go on and was wondering does anybody know what temp the headers get to? I've seen hi-temp paint say it's good up to 1200F and more expensive cans say they're good up to 1500F. 1200F seems good enough, but does anybody know?
