Funny, I was having "engine flashbacks" earlier. 440 made me think of the 'Cuda with a 440 "Six Pack" while 442 made me remember the famed Cutlass 442. Now, dem wuz sum machines, baybeeeee! :D

It's funny how we used to "think" in cubic INCHES, & now it's liters (litres for Joe & James). It's probably the only metric thingy that actually stuck in the USA mentality. When I think that 3.3 liters equals a piddling 202 cubic inches, it's amazing what kind of power's been cranked out of something smaller than a '50s Chevy six-banger.
