Someone here has a newer caprice classic-mid 90s rounded style with I think 24" rims and custom paint. I don't think it is lifted but still sits over a foot off the ground. I'll try getting a pic sometime. Thats what everyone around here and milwaukee does now with any true frame cars. I used to hate it even more when I had my 80's GM g-bodys

I saw a K Car once in Denver that looked almost like that, it wasn't lifted quite that much but it had like 22 inch wheels on it, wheels looked like they had just been polished but the car had the typical 80s Mopar peeling paint.
