New Brake PADS....WHICH ONES to BUY?

I remember reading about some brake pads that were supposed to be like the OEM's except even better...PLEASE LET ME KNOW WHERE I CAN FIND/PURCHASE THEM...THANKS!

I don't want Green pads...they were not any better for me...AND INCREDIBLY DUSTY! The ceramic ones I tried SQUEEKED pretty badly...

Please let me know if you have info on the above desired pads...THANKS!

:D

I'm currently using KVR pads on the front. No squeeking and no dust. The odd thing is if you rub 2 pads together you get a cloud of dust but nothing when installed.

I get more dust from the OEM pads installed on the rears.

Semi-metallics aren't to bad but I think I'm going to go ceramic next meyself. Somebody here mentioned full metallics...maybe a logical progression? the semi's however have coated my front rims almost black it seems.

Try these -- I have been using them for over a year now.

Work great, no dust, no noise.

I'm using Axxis semi-metalic pads on slotted front rotors. No squeaking, no dust, car stops when brake applied. What's not to like? :D

Ron.

I would avoid full metallic for daily driving. They're noisier and don't perform good when you first drive the car in the morning (specially if really cold).

I'd go semi-metallic, or any of the above recommendations.

Full metallic pads work great during spirited driving, though. :D
