Brings up an interesting point. I'v never indulged the Santa lie to my kids. Is this wrong?


P.S. My wife grew up being brainwashed a Jehovah's Witness (blah) so she never celebrated any of thoes "Pagen" holidays. I just use this as an excuse not to have to get her anything for her birthday or X-mas or any of thoes other things. As for the kids, they just go to Grandmas for X-mas and I have to buy them toys all year round so why go all out on one day? Am I a bad person?:o :confused: :eek: ;)

Hi Freak, We didn't tell my daughter, only to protect the other kids. However, I think she probably got the straight info a lot earlier than most kids. Its only the last couple of years that i've told people what I really think. A recent study showed that fewer people believe in a god every year. Or a santa. I for one like to give stuff to people so Christmas is a good excuse to overdue it. YA, lets hear it for excess. Take care and I hope everyone at your house has a good whatver, BOBB
